To be fair, bulky Excadrill doesn't have max attack on many teams, because longevity is the key. Mold Breaker Exca can be used on hyper-offense but if your opponent has a fucking Eelektross it doesn't matter anyway.

Yeah it hits incredibly hard, but Solid Rock isn't that great with two 4x weaknesses and a weakness to fighting and ground.
Just use Excadrill[, Tyranitar and/or Lando
