Talk about a seal gone to waste. Those frills and extra padding are clogging what could have been a otherwise fine design if it were more realistically proportioned as well. Jesus christ, I can't take it seriously with how forced the "cute and elegant means making it look like a accessory Barbie" gimmick is trying to be.
