Dude this thing is like, the opposite of trash. And this is coming from someone who fucking hates the thing, I use Zapdos almost entirely just to all this bastard and Hawlucha since Stone Edge is the least common of his coverage moves to run. Fighting a +2 or +4 boosted Mega Pinsir is a scary proposition man.

The world where Mega-Pinsir loses to Mega-Heracross is a world that doesn't exist. Even unboosted it's gonna OHKO that damn thing, and even if it has it's speed boosted it still has priority of that same type it's x4 weak to too absolutely ass-blast that beetle.

If you're gonna meme with rocks at least use something that could actually beat it, like Lycanrock with Accelrock.

Pinsir is trash in gen 7. There's too many things that completely fuck him over without even trying. Zapdos which you mentioned is one of them, but is certainly not the only one.

Zapdos was used in ORAS as well. Landorus runs Stone Edge less often now, there's no Talonflame, Rotom runs Sp. Def, and you have actually good hazard removal. Pinsir is not shit.
