Fuck people who disagree. Smeargle would be infinitely better if it could have usable stats, NOT overpowered stats dont put words in my mouth. GF are not perfect at balance so dont say Smeargles shit stats are balanced for him because they're not. Eventually Smeargle will be outclassed in his tiny niches as new pokemon are introduced, so it's either buff or become shit
