gen2 is dominated by bulky/slow because of the way evs/spikes/toxic/sleeptalk work, so nothing can get worn down enough for fast/frail to win
current meta is a lot more favorable to fast/frail because setup moves are a LOT better, overall BP of moves is a almost doubled, current EV/nature system prevents anything like GSC snorlax, and hazard stacking+functional toxic means even walls with recovery struggle to stay alive against an intelligent offense
