'zard doesn't need much, really.
If its tail-tip hitbox got a bit bigger, Dsmash actually made it jump like K.Rool or Incineroar, and they unfuck its fire breath to do damage like Bowser's, it might actually be worth using besides giving Ivysaur a better recovery.
