>>38483047>TyphlosionBack in the day, the Typhlosion sprite was the most menacing and fearsome thing possible. It's 3d model is shit, tho. The evolution line is also awesome: from a cute little mouse thing you need to protect, to an awesome partner you carry with you to an imposing and agressive monster that will protect you from everything. Just a genius evolution line.
>MewtwoPossibly, the richest Pokémon and most complex character of the Pokémon series. I like the fact that one of the best character arcs in mainstream shounen series can be found in a promotional anime like Pokémon. Altho I can see why it's considered overrated, it's design, for me, is the best design of the Pokémon series. Think of Aggron, for example. It's agressive and fearsome, but you know what you should expect from it. Mewtwo is a newborn hyper intelligent and godlike Pokémon who will make unpredictable decisions and fight in unpredictable ways. It's the most threatening and complex Pokémon ever, the epitome of menacing beauty and maybe the best of all time.
>GarchompGarchomp is a beast. I love using it in Pokémon Showdown and reminds me of the greatest designed champion team ever: Cynthia's. The best champion, the best team and the best pseudo legendary.
>Gardevoir (mainly shiny mega)Another Pokémon I like mainly because of Showdown. Everytime I used Hyper Voice, I'd imagine my shiny Mega Gardevoir, with it's black dress and fragile look, slaying a dragon by singing "The Great Gig In The Sky", by Pink Floyd. It's so impregnated in my mind it's almost part of the Pokémon OST for me. I love mega Gardevoir.
