I have aquired plenty of sword and shield info from a source that shall remain anonymous. Here's what I got for you,
-There will be a second new region based off Germany
-Postgame is battlefront fighting with Unova and Kalos against the Germany region
-13 new megas, three are the starters final evos
-9 reginal forms, the only one I know of is Lillypup and it's evos
-Grookey evolves into grass and fighting
-Scobble evolves into water and ghost
-Scorbunny evolves into fire and lightning
-Gym master's require you to have a team of three trainers and you fight in a mini tournament for the badge, you will meet your two teammates in the beginning and they take the starters you don't chose.
-We get player housing which we can decorate and buy houses across the region. We can store pokemon in our house
-Armored evolution will happen, how it works is you fuse a meltan with a pokemon, and it will become armored. You can add more meltans into this to empower it
-Legendaries are wolves
-There will be a mythical dragon, and a horse too
-96 new Pokemon not including armored, mega, and reginal forms
