In gen 4 one is OU and the other 2 are UU. All of them have working sets in OU and Azelf and Uxie have sets in Uber too. As for in-game, you get to catch Azelf earlier than others and learns lots of TMs and has good stats.

Not him, but they are definitely forgettable despite the plot relevance. Maybe it’s just /vp/‘s autism, but they’re rarely brought up here relative to other sublegends. Their designs are also just genies 1.0 and are unremarkable as a result. There’s nothing that really sticks out.

Articuno has a great design. Regis are cool, but mainly as you said, due to the concept.

Super forgettable, nobody ever brings them up and as a whole the designs are boring.
That being said I do think they are more memorable than those horses things in gen V. Only Pokemon I have ever forgotten the names of. I can only name Verizon and Kelado.
