What would you say would be a fair measure of what makes a shitmon a shitmon? Like at what point does a Pokémon become bad enough to warrant being called a shitmon and would being in a BL automatically bar it from being a shitmon since it is 'too good' for the tier below? Furthermore would this mean that any Pokémon above the PU tier is exempt?
