Emboar faces stiff competition from Chandelure and Darmanitan but is still really good, as both Fire and Fighting help out a lot during gen 5. Serperior is just terrible. Bad stat spread, bad movepool, outclassed by other grassmons... keep in mind I'm only talking base game where HAs are non-existent. Contrary Leaf Storm is very obviously broken, but also nigh impossible to get.
