Any sane person... well, any sane person would not ask for this in the first place, but the next best option is "old regions as paid DLC" with the twist being that they're all barebones, not the other way around.
Seriously, you expect them to make all seven regions, you *have a problem with it* if they don't give them to you for free, but being barebones (one of the many reasons why most people don't want this) is not only okay with you but part of your request??
