Meganium being bad is a meme used by shitters. It's excellent support and Sunny Day user in the Double battle meta of Colosseum. It resists strong spread moves like Surf and Earthquake, can throw up Reflect and Light Screen to laugh off attacks and protect the team from status with Safeguard, can run a Solarbeam/Synthesis/Hidden Power Fire/Sunny Day set, among many other things.

Hidden Power Fire isn't going to be reliable without hacking and Sunny Day support won't help the rest of your team, but otherwise I agree.
Also Umbreon should still be boxed asap, it's too good of a tank.
