You could have a few new Pokémon but mainly make the game just have established Pokémon, and you could go on a gym badge adventure, and maybe the only DLC would be paying a few bucks to go to Johto or something.
Maybe it costs like 9.99 with no micro transactions, and each new region is 4.99. Something like that? Lots of character customization at the beginning would be nice. After you beat the elite for her there be a battle tower area where you can battle other players online.
