>>38520567In terms of what are you in for, some weird shit where there isn't really an outright villain and a young girl who doesn't understand social norms. The artwork and animation of the movie is actually quite good though and gives a lot of cool colouration mixes due to the fantastical nature of the story.
Of the five Original Series movies I know people tend to toss up between this one and Power of One as being the best.
I'd say that overall that the first 8 movies and the 10th movie (Rise of Darkrai) (I haven't watched Temple of the Sea so I don't know anything about that one) are pretty good for what Pokemon could pull off, everything after M10 though becomes exponentially more stupid and pointless especially when they have to include Ash & co. into the mix, the Genesect movie was a decent improvement although doesn't return to the peak of the older films, M20 and M21 though I think do return to that original quality with M20 having an interesting concept that I wish they'd explored more in M21 although I'm happy that M21 did explore other ideas that also hadn't really been done that much in Pokemon.
