Gible is Ground/Dragon so it must have quite the cold blood as it takes 4x SE damage from Ice type attacks.
Moles are animals not Pokemon, but Diglet and Dugtrio are classed as moles, but they suffer the same issue, they must be cold blooded as Ice type attacks are SE on them.
The Excadrill line, for example, evolves to gain Steel typing to combat this weakness, though it may be still cold blooded.
Fire types on the other hand are warm blooded, some like the Magmorter evolution line close to lava hot, which is why they survive the cold a little easier.
Ice>Ground=Ground types could be cold blooded.
Fire>Ice=Fire types are usually warm blooded.
Mixed typings will be harder to determine like Alolan Marrowak, it may get slightly warmer blood, but not by much.
