Ok so this fuckers are releasing a Pokémon game for mobiles. No info yet of what's it gonna be. Just that this the company that helped Nintendo release titles like Mario Run, Miitomo, Fire Emblem and AC Pocket Camp.
Does this guy's make the games? Or they just take any game and make them suitable for mobile gaming? What do you think the game will be like?

Confirmed gacha garbage. The one thing in the Pokemon franchise still worthy of praise was never going the easy route of adding gachashit to their mobile venues. I guess this ends now.

I know this is 4chan and being edgy for shock value is the standard operating procedure but I get real sad thinking of all these literal kids who'll be introduced to thinly veiled gambling through Pokemon of all things.

As a low key secluded minigame.

We are probably reaching the point where you have to use real life cash to catch pokemon in a game, or rather, for a 1% chance to catch the pokemon you want and a 99% chance to catch some shitmon, as it usual for the gacha game format.

gacha style games are wildly popular in japan. I think pokemon was originally based on those machines you put a coin into to get a capsule with a toy in it, which is a type of gacha in and of itself.

What about a gacha mixture between Fate & Metal Slug Artack? Waifus & husbandos from Pokémon, everyone with 3 predertimed Pokèmon.
For example, a 5's Shirona with Garchomp, Lucario and Togekiss, she sends her Pokémon when you touch them and attack going up like Metal Slug
