I'm aware anon, I know that actual competitive Pikachu doesn't even use that move because it and light ball makes for a literal kamikaze attack. And even casual players probably don't use it either because they're roleplaying and they don't want their precious Pikachu to get hurt. There's probably no in game Pikachu that uses that move anymore. But it's still it's special snowflake move so we simply cannot give that move away to other mons that actually need that move.
