Each of the E4 uses one of the Terrain types.
So a Fairy, Grass, Electric, and Psychic E4.
They would each start off with a Pokemon buffed to have the associated Surge ability (Aromatisse, Vileplume [Bellossom gets Dancer], Electrode, and Beheeyem), maybe even holding a Terrain Extender.
