There's a reason we have a thing called ''Pokemon Direct" now, because TPCi do their own reveals because shit always gets leaked out before it's supposed to and even then Pokemon Directs aren't safe cause we had pokemon leak from the direct before the direct actually aired. (The Drampa, Bruxish, Charjabug, Togedemaru reveal)
