I mean, the city is founded on Pokemon being equal citizens who clearly hold jobs and thus have complexities like rent, taxes, census participation, and so on.
Is anyone talking about how apparently a rich guy can just decide to settle a new region? How much of the world is unclaimed virgin forests? Doesn’t he have to kick out the native Pokemon and maybe some hermit humans like American Indians to build his city and the necessary infrastructure?
