It’s fine, but with Roserade the ability to hit steel types with HP fire is too valuable to use over ice which doesn’t help much with what it already does. With Donphan it’s better to just invest in HP and attack

Yeah I was told the same thing about Donphan by the RU room but then I lost to webs when I tried to spin on a metagross
Donphan being 2hko'd by metagross is no fun.
I did end up swapping HP ice for HP fire though
