It isn't dead itself, but it has "shadowy spirit" powers. Plus, its a legendary and is thus locked out of most main game playthroughs and battle facilities/most competitive formats by default.
What I want is an actual dragon corpse made living again, and something that I can actually use in-game for anything other than trashing the elite 4.
I will say this though: a Dragon/bug would be hype as fuck and I want one.
