It seems like... every normal pokemon without an evolutionary relatives have an average base stats of about 470~

Tropius has 460, so let's fix that first.
Increase it by 25 points
HP 100
ATK 75
DEF 90
SPA 79
SPD 90
SPE 51

You should always have Harvest Tropius to make use of its lore and potential.

Next up, moveset. To make full use of its ability,
Natural Gift
Fly
Roost
New added move: Trop Kick or Power Whip.

Well, the more I think about it, the more Tropius fails on every level other than aesthetic, where it's an easy top 10. To fix Tropius is to take apart the entire game and rebuild it from the ground up.

Grass/ flying pokemon that deserves fixing is carnivine. Looks great but I've never bothered using it because it sucks

give it strong jaw, the elemental fangs, crunch and move some of it's spa into speed
now it's got a nice niche as a grass sweeper with some decent coverage that can really fuck up ground types

My fucking mom had a turtle that looked just like it when I was 19. It had a small crack on the back of its shell and a tumour growing out of it. It looked like a dick from afar, but up close you could've seen how it's skin turned green. Couple that with the fact that a part of it has detached itself and was now hanging off of it, making look like a branch, it looked like it had a playdough tree grew on its shell.

Ironically, it was found dead after a fire accident at my mom's place, which burned down all of her house.

Signature 80BP+ Grass move to hits Bug type for SE. There are many ways to improve this poor plant from elemental fangs to Super Fang and Sucker Punch, from second ability being Arena Trap or Adaptability.

It really should have been Weepinbell's cross gen secondary evo to oppose Vileplume and Bellossom with Victreebel, it was even introduced in the other generation of cross gen evos. Would also give it access to higher BST and egg moves like Strength Sap now.
