Fire/Ice and Bug/Ice, even though they would be terrible. Just more Ice in general. Also more dual Electrics, we have a lot that are exclusive to Rotom forms or legendaries. Electric/Fighting still should be done.

Make it based off of the snapdragon
Steel/Poison
Corroding type of Pokemon, it could be like aron and have holes in it's body where the the metal has started Corroding
Fire/Grass
Make it a sunflower with sun power, or base it off of peppers

Maybe the ice type could work as a glass holding in molten lava inside it's body
Fighting/Bug

Dragonfly done right, but maybe add a bit of mantis in their to make it more visually interesting. That and we need more Mantis Pokemon.
