Something that has occurred to me. Surely everyone who owns a PC/phone has a Porygon of some sort?

Which is the weirdest thing, it implies Pokemon like Mew/Ditto had DNA of human created Pokemon despite them being made after.

Not likely. Just because it's a computer program that does a certain task, doesn't mean all programs do that.

At its core, Porygon is data made into matter, or at least able to reflect light and affect physical forces.
