Second, ghe affection that "justifies" the damage, in your case, is done by you against your pokemon directly whereas, in the second case, it's done by your ascendants against the black person ascendants.
You may notice that in the second case you have no real interaction with the black person and only through the questionable interpretation that you and your ascendants are the same in spirit or that guilty overpass through descendants the black person would be justified, for now we may not discuss if the sole act of retribution was or not right as that depends on the circunstances.
In the first case, there's no need to do a interpretation to "traspass" the guilty as you're effectively the identified transgresor.
