Could I power my house from the electricity generated by a pikachu? how many pikachus would I need to put in hamster cages in the basement to power my house?

Also side note, couldn't a pikachu, or any electric type pokemon use the electricity they produce to power some sort of weapon? Would it be illegal in a pokemon battle to have your pikachu essentially using a plasma gun?
