The bulk and power changes work nicely for dusk mane, but the same changes and stat spreads are terrible for dawn wings. Prism armor is kinda moot when the only ways to hit you SE are 4x, and shifting from ghost -> dragon doesnt have any of the mix up potential that shifting from steel -> dragon does...
