It's most likely that Kiawe, Lana, Mallow & Sophocles will be KO'd before any 6v6 rounds unless they have Pokemon that they didn't tell Ash about at their homes. Lillie could potentially use Pokemon from the Aether Foundation itself.
Jessie & James won't compete or if they don't they won't make it far, they're more likely going to be comedic relief since the battles of the League tend to be more serious in tone relative to other episodes for the main cast so Team Rocket acts as the primary comedy relief in that instance.
Completely up in the air with Ilima and Masked Royal, entirely probable they'll just use their SM/USUM Teams or some combination of the two, same with Hau although definitely would be his USUM Team and Dartrix would've evolved into Decidueye.
Also I wouldn't put it past them to include Acerola, Mina, Hala, Olivia, Nanu, Hapu, Molayne and/or Kahili as combatants.
