Gen 8 should re-establish the national pokedex by placing all the later-introduced evolutions in consecutive sequence (Pichu should be #24 instead of #172), and remove incense-based breeding by going straight to hatching babies instead of their 1st stage evos (breed Marill w/o incense, get azumarill egg)
