You use this in Anything Goes since there's no Sleep Clause. Get it in on something slower and abuse Sleep Powder to set up Quiver Dances. Substitute gives you a buffer in case they wake up, or switch to something that isn't asleep. It struggles with Extreme Speed and teams that don't have a lot of slow shit for it to abuse, but once you're set up and behind a sub you're golden.
