sounds nice on paper, but then you realize the mons with ulta high speed and atk/sp would wipe literally everything since they'd be able to attack twice or even three times every turns

could maybe work during 3v3s though, but they'd need to balance it still

With some heavy rebalancing, yeah, but it wouldn't change much. The only reason people take time to pick moves is to make youtube videos longer anyways.
