add more colors, gradients, some more fur or feathers here or there, and make sure everything works together
just look at that eevee, it looks like shit, if only it had a silver-ish hue to it then I'd understand, but as it stands it's basically an heavily desatured eevee
and the worst part is that eevee is far from being the worst looking shiny out there
