Gotta plug your phone into your computer and the randomizer should be able to find it by browsing in your phone files. Else you need to take the rom off the android first and onto the computer, randomize it, then put it back in.
What I like to do is keep an original copy and a copy that I randomize or mess with, so I copied and renamed the save states from the original since I already started to match the randomized copy, and they work just fine.
