That's why Normal/Ghost is the best. It's immune to Normal, which is a great offensive type when used STAB; Fighting, which is a great offensive type in general and often run for coverage; and Ghost, which is another great type when used with STAB.
It also resists Poison, which is a common coverage type these days due to Fairy; and Bug, which is used for STAB by a couple of major sweepers. Admittedly these aren't as good as its immunities, but it's still two more types it can switch in on, for a total of 5.
