>>38635236I sure hope not. I've been replaying all of the gens and honestly, gen V is becoming my favorite gen and it's not even what I grew up playing when I was a child. I was 12/13 when gen 5 was coming out I think.
>soundtrack is an absolute banger>story is fine to good except for a castle rising up out of the ground, actually questioned the usage of Pokémon being justifiable as well as true strength and purpose>gameplay is well adjusted, Pokémon evolve within 15 levels typically or even less>movesets aren't retarded>generally well paced>reasons to back track to most areas>PWT>difficulty options>good dexes, both iterations of Unova>day/night and seasons>ways to earn shittons of money and BP, cannot understate how nice this is when you've been playing Emerald for 5 months legitimately and not cheating to get Pokémon ready>still can access everything but the Dream World>PWT, it is just that good>legendaries postgame, like level 75 Kyurem>just shit do do overallLots of these are subjective, but certainly they did not disappoint me unlike gen VI, when I was then thinking about calling it quits with the series.
