I'd just prefer ratios being 1:1, 1:4 and 1:2. Starters, Eevee, Vespiquen and Salazzle ratios are heinous. If you want disproportionate ratios, just make it a 25/75 split, no more.

Also I'd like it if they uses correct pronouns.

You could have easily slapped in 2-4 more weirds in there.
Pets isn't really comparable, getting a male or female growlithe is pretty fine, but when a Pokemon is clearly designed after one sex heavily, it'd make more sense for it to match.

Yeah, female dogs generally have a demeanor better suited for simple play like fetch and maybe some tug of war, they're good for laid back camping trips too and they tend to go very soft after a few years. While male dogs are more suited for rougher play like having them chase you on a four wheeler or taking them along for a hike. Males stay virile for most of their lifetime. The differences can sometimes be subtle but it definitely impacts how I decide.
As for cats, the differences are actually far more perceptible. Females are rough when you first meet them, but warm up relatively fast. Males are more accepting generally but take a lot of time before they genuinely like someone.
I only get male dogs and female cats.

You're still getting them easy, it just takes more soft resets.
