Are you going to keep Plusle around? I tried to use a Minun at the same point but didn't feel so good about it without Plusle.

I've been doing a marathon of the games in anticipation of gen 8. I'm in the middle of White 2, then I'm gonna take a break for a month before Ultra Sun.

I might do something similar for gen 9, but with some challenge runs mixed in with the normal playthroughs.

Started Crystal Clear because bored. I know about the self-insert E4 but everything else looked interesting. Not sure who to add, maybe Granbull. Gonna evolve Slowpoke into Slowking and Onix into Steelix once I get enough money.

I’ve actually been doing this with the challenge runs going back wards
First it was a nuzlocke, then mono water, then no STAB moves, now I’m doing a no evo team, then I’m doing only STAB moves, an Ask Ketchum run (only catch Pokémon weak to the next gym), and then whatever tf I can come up with for gen 1.

Playing Ultra Moon, about to do Mallow’s trial.

Planning on having Bruxish fill in the final spot, caught a Gyarados and temporarily training it to level 27 where it learns Ice Fang so I can catch a Bruxish and breed the two so I can have the latter with Ice Fang for my team.

Isn’t probably go the latter because he’s a special attacker, if you wanna do the too one I’d put light screen or reflect instead of curse though, his speed is decent and his special defense is really where he shines
