It doesn’t need an evolution, it would literally do nothing but kill the meme that genwunners like yourself try so hard to preserve (unsuccessfully). I propose we just remove it and the rest of the first 3 generations for the game; we have no reason to keep these Pokémon on a pedestal like they’re anything special.
