Make poison SE against fighting

Keep steel resistance to dark but, not to ghost.

Replace Goodra with a fast ice special sweeper. Make another ice sweeeper.

Call a new ability corrosion but, instead Salazzle's ability make it so that it makes poison moves super effective against steel (what corrosion) should have been.

Make ice resist ground and maybe dragon too.

Steel is now SE vs Dragon
Water no longer resists Steel
Ice now resists Dragon
Ice now resists Ground
Ice is no longer weak to Fighting
Normal now resists Dragon
Poison is now SE vs Water
Rock is now SE vs Dragon
Rock now absorbs SR on switch-in
All other type matchup changes made in Gen VI still apply.

Hell, it made sense when we only had two fully evolved dragons in the game and still had no good STAB.
But then Gen III came out and completely shit all over the idea of balance through exclusivity by making Dragon far too common a typing and dramatically downplaying its weaknesses. Gen IV then dug the idea that Dragon could be balanced out of its grave and pissed on it.

Fairy resisting Bug is so bizarre to me.
The only explanation I can think of that makes sense is that GF wanted to nerf U-Turn spam.
Or someone on the team waifus Gardevoir and wanted to remove her bug weakness.

Puppet Dance Performance. It's a Touhou fangame that pretty much just plays like a Pokemon clone. It's actually a lot of fun and probably the best Pokemon fangame I've ever played, even considering the misgivings I have with its type balance. It does a lot right in making most of its "monsters" feel viable, relegating progression HMs to items instead of making them waste a moveslot, making EV training and IV breeding far more streamlined and accessible, and even bringing in neat features like alt costumes for your puppets and the follower gimmick from HGSS. It got a translation a while back so it's worth playing if you're bored with regular Pokemon and want something to pass the time until SS comes out.

Honestly I'd love to see it return to its Gen I status. A fragile glass cannon sort of type that has access to insanely powerful moves and can potentially remove problem pokemon from the fight instantly if you get lucky.

I felt the same way about Touhou as a whole for the longest time, but I really got into the series after finally giving the official games a try. Touhou as a whole isn't actually as moe as it appears on the surface, and it actually has some really deep lore.

Just introduce a new ice move and don't give it to water types, easy enough.
I'm also fond of the idea of an ice move that gives you specific benefits if you use it with an ice type (increased chance of freeze, increased damage, priority, etc)

Actually, that's part of the problem when offensively buffing poison. Poison has a lot of oddities that don't seem powerful at first glance, but it has its uses.

Thats it. It beats Dragon, it gives Steel another usage. The only thing Fairy fixes that this doesn't is giving Poison another use, so let's have Poison beat Bug as well just to give it some more usage and bring back the poison/bug/psychic trio from gen 1.
That's all I NEED to do. However, I might add these two, not sure tho. I'd definitely make those two changes, these are possibilities:

Naturally steel types should be chad While grass should be rather weak.
Just work around this by giving weak or risky steel moves, while giving fancy good moves for grass. They already do that to some degree.
