36% have Defog.
These two moves are almost never ran together, so around 88% of Lando's are support of some kind.
Keep in mind only 15% of Lando's are Z so this is fairly accurate, with the 3% discrepancy being Z sets that have SR/Defog or Lando's that have both SR and Defog.
