>Finally ready to play
>Literally only Pidgey and Ratata available
>Oops, you can't catch pokemon yet gotta trek all the way to viridian Mart and back to pallet town
>Finally done with shitty errands and can buy pokeballs
>Only bug and normal types available
>Have to grind to reach Brock's pokemon levels
>Charmander almost useless
I'll take cutscenes over the garbage that was the original games any day
