Remember when retards used to say that Yokai Watch was the pokemon killer? What they couldn't predict was that the real pokemon killer would be an inside job.
The abyss gazed back into GameFreak.

Level-5 is so grossly incompetent. People here knock Game Freak, but at least they can release their games on time, without numerous delays.

Imagine making a whole movie to coincide with the release of your game to advertise it, and then failing to release your game over half a year after the movie was in theaters and everyone has forgotten about it.

Remember when Pokemon stole ideas from Digimon, like eggs, z moves, regional variants, and mega evolutions? Yokai Watch only gained traction because it was its own thing and had fresh uniqueness to it. It won't be long before Pokemon drowns the competition yet again by treating it like its own proof of concept and plagiarizing it apart.

That's such a lame excuse. If you want to rag on Game Freak, go ahead, but pointing to Level-5 as an example of something better just undermines your credibility. They're in complete disarray right now, with staff quitting and their Switch games reportedly having bad frame rate problems.
