ROCK TYPE POKEMON are NOT made of rock. They are NOT rocks. They DO resemble rocks or have rocks on their bodies, but they are NOT rocks. NO official pokemon sources say they are made of rock. Real world animals also resemble rocks, but they are NOT rocks. So stop saying rock type pokemon are rock because it's stupid!!!

Learn to read, stupid. I clearly state that rock type pokemon do have some rock on them, but they are not entirely made of it. Same applies to grass types.

In actuality, rocks can absorb solar energy. When light from the sun hits a rock, it warms it. The rock is, quite literally, absorbing solar energy (which is light) and storing it as heat.
