Venomoth is a Moth, and you know what I am thinking. If Galar is based around England they HAVE to have a Bug pokemon based on Biston Betularis moth. So there is a high chance we will see maybe not Venomoth but one of his cousins!

Dodrio also needs a stat/ability buff

I would give Dodrio:

HP: 70
Attack: 115
Defense: 90
Special Attack: 50
Special Defense: 65
Speed: 125
BST: 515
Abilities:
Quick Feet/Vital Spirit
Hidden Ability:
Guts

I'm not sure how good this will make Dodrio competitively. This might either be too much or (more likely imo) too little for Dodrio to be in OU. I also probably made Dodrio too similar to Swellow/Staraptor, but I gave it Quick Feet so maybe not...

I'm currently working on a fangame which changes/buffs all Pokemon

Also props to Lickitung for being in almost every region besides Hoenn yet only appearing very late or postgame in nearly all of them. And it only appears in the expanded dex versions of Sinnoh, Unova, and Alola too.

Dodrio's moveset is fine. Two good stab moves, one good coverage move and a few extras like swords dance, roost and knock-off. Only thing it would really want is u-turn.

Going to use this opportunity to ask a question.
I was playing Colosseum and then Emerald a while ago in hopes of raising a ribbon collector.
Can you use the wireless adapter that came with FRLG to blend berries with up to 4 people, provided they do have Emerald?
If so I won't have to start a new game so hopefully the Master Blender shows up this time. I would use a Cacturne if I were to restart.

I am not denying that in any way. Dodrio's stats are garbage and have never been that good. The highest Dodrio has ever been is UUBL in GSC (I believe, I could be wrong). Dodrio is in dire need of some stat/ability adjustments

Maybe not the MAIN issue, but Dodrio could do with some type variety in its movepool

like what exactly? Return, Brave Bird and Jump Kick hits everything in the game for neutral. Knock off does knock off shit, swords dance patches up middling attack and roost is reliable recover (even though Dodrio is too frail to use it)

Like I said, it wants U-Turn, but other than that what would it really want? Extremespeed? V-Create?

Blaze Kick wouldn't be too bad of an idea. Dodrio would be able to hit Ice-Types with it. While probably not being able to one-shot many Ice-Types, it would deter switching them into Dodrio

Swellow is primarily a special attacker since it's special buff. Staraptor has reckless and intimidate and close combat. Your suggestions wouldn't even be problematic since dodrio would still have its normal issues. UUBl would be extremely probable.

True, but Blaze Kick is far more reliable. Also, Blaze Kick would be able to hit Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Scizor much better
