1) How, as a 3D Artist for a game like the last Pokemon on the Switch, did you manage to create such a HIDEOUS backlight ?

2) How, as an Art Director, in 2018-2019, can you validate this like "wow that's perfect !!! Beautifull !!" ????

I just can't understand. Even fucking kiddos on C4D doing Minecraft Youtube intros can do better lighting works. How is this possible ? I thought Smash Ultimate had fucking ugly back-lightings but damn Pokemon sword/shield is beyond shit itself...
It makes me crazy seeing that Pokemon Ga Olé have the same 3D models but, with some good ambiant occlusions and shadings, they looks 50 times better than this horseshit. Please someone here explain me how did they manage to not see how ugly thoses backlights looks...
