Not him but if you use arbitrary code execution with 8F or 4F you can run item scripts to modify the DVs of each of your Pokemon. Because Poke Transporter uses the same mechanics of determining shinies via IV/DV values, one can modify them so that it matches the IVs needed and transfer them up. That's how I did it for some of mine.
