How so? Last I checked Blissey and Chansey tend to run stall sets with Seismic Toss, Softboiled, Toxic, Stealth Rock, etc. with the only difference being that one has an eviolite. Am I missing something?
I should mention that a lot of pre-evos use the FEAR strategy. Aron, Magnemite, Rattata, etc. Just getting the obvious out of the way.
