I'll start.
Like about Gen 1: Despite all the flaws and lack of features from the newer games, they're still pretty fun. I enjoy how they really capture the feeling of going on an adventure by yourself and a lot of the designs are solid, and I think gen 1's starters are my favorite.
Dislike about Gen 5: Over-reliance on wifi shit that is inaccessible now. (Seriously who's idea was it to have berries only growable through dream world?) A lot of Pokemon got stiffed moveset-wise and while I do like a good chunk of the Pokemon and the idea that you could only use newcomers in BW, I do have to admit that a good few are useless filler and that GF definitely went for quantity over quality in some places.
